Haiku

Canopy of green,
spaces
souls at ease.

Haiku

A bird squeals,
sheer joy
in autumn, I breathe.

Haiku

The khaki man,
stops me
I flash, walk on.

Haiku

Coffee machine,
squarshhhhhhhhh!
the waiter bows.

Haiku

Juices flow,
serenity
rings in my heart.

Haiku

Organ ripping,
through my soul
Oh! Happiness.

Haiku

Seasons evolve
wings,
they flutter.

Haiku

Folks strewn around
staring
they bask in commonality.

To Be

Cloudy skies, grey and bleak,
birds at home, resting at ease,
rains will fall, the leaves of our trees,
greener they will be, for us to be free.

The sun comes out, our shadows at play.
Chattering beauties, dancing they sway.
The distant sky, so close it seems,
evade us it may, to hold it close, we pray.

The circle of life, birth and death.
Chronicles of truth, and anecdotes of hate.
the earth turns with us, and with each passing day,
may the oceans keep us, in it's embrace, safe.

Haiku

A lull in the sound waves,
post mid-day meal blues,
the sun filters through, it grazed me.

Solitary prayers,
the dhamma bellowed
the depths of my heart, fragile

Drum -rolls in the distance,
the evening sky, orange,
an autumn breeze, blows east.

A pleasure filled dawn, luscious white,
the Araliya flowers,
put me at ease.
