There are people just coming and going
Just people,mere entities,
No names,only faces,
And yet they come and go.
Some are smiling at others,
Some at themselves,
you might think different,
but they are people.
People come,
From front door,from side door.
Nicotine stained lips,lipstick brown,
Still they just come and go.
Cosmopolitan coffee, tea at a price,
Brownies, and Chicken curry.
People come, people go,
They eat,drink and go.
They go, where? I don't know!
Go together, go alone,go split in half,
They still go, parting ways, saying good-bye's,
Where they go, no one knows.
I watch them.
Soldiers, monkeys and junkies,
They still come and go,
Like there's no tomorrow.
